Delivery times

If your purchase corresponds to an in-stock item, it will be dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

For custom pieces or out-of-stock models, production time varies between 1 and 2 weeks, as each piece is handmade. This timeframe may vary depending on the workshop's workload.

If you need your order for a special date, you can write before making the purchase to coordinate and ensure timely delivery.

Shipping

We ship nationwide.

In Montevideo, deliveries are made via courier, with a lead time of 24 to 48 business hours from when the order is ready.

For inland areas, shipments are made via DAC, with an estimated lead time of 24 to 72 business hours once dispatched.

You can also choose to pick up your order in the Prado area, Montevideo (by prior arrangement).

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

Exchanges and adjustments

You can exchange your piece for another of equal or greater value, paying the corresponding difference, within 15 days of receiving your purchase. For this, the piece must be unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging.

If you need to adjust the size of a ring, the adjustment is made free of charge. Associated shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange.
